  Extremely rude and unprofessional. Went in for an emergecy appt. didn't have my established dentist of over 4 years come into the room, instead I had some 70 year old man with extremely gross looking skin (who I honestly do not want near my face) without establishing who he is at all just stick tools in my mouth from behind my head and start poking around at other teeth I was not there for. I sat up real quick confused and looked at him and said ummm where's my dentist. He then says well he's only here on tuesdays. I begin to try to explain that my dentist and I have a plan worked out and this is the plan and to give me a minute because he scared me because I honestly had no idea who this guy was!! He said well you're here on an emergency appt (took two weeks to get that appt by itself) so we are on a time frame so we do this now or you can go and come back later. I started to cry feeling terrible about the situation and he continues to just make me feel worse and worse by threatening to call the cops on me because I call my husband and try telling him what's going on and he didn't want me on the phone in his office waiting room. I'm extremely upset and dissappointed in this office. I just honestly can't believe the unprofessionalism.
