  Husband broke glasses and needed a quick fix as contacts were out and that was all there was. We called several places in town, who wanted us to wait days before they could help us. Called here and they were willing to help right away. My husband went in and got his glasses fixed, for free, without having ever set foot in the office before. I can't comment on what it is like to be a patient, having never been one, but we were both super impressed by the willingness and ability to help when we really needed it.
