  2nd year of staying here and problems from the first time around. They say on the rental agreement that they dont guarantee anything to work and boy do they take advantage of it.
  
  Ice machine currently broken, hot tub doesnt actually get hot or anyehere near hot, upstairs fireplace doesn't work, ping pong equipment mostly broken, foosball table missing pieces...
  
  Most of these problems were also present the year before.
  
  Also, as a side note, how did they manage to get a cable subscribtion so basic that it doesnt even include ESPN? Ive never heard of that. So were unable to watch college bowl season over new years. What a cheap way to save a buck, especially in a house that we paid $700 a night for over new years weekend..
