  Up until today I was quite happy with the staff. I made an appointment for 9 on thursday for today, confirmed. I arrive 8: 45. I checked in at the same time as someone early for their appt. and they give her my appt. time. The receptionist told me I was squeezed in. The same one who cofirmed my appt. time. I was standing right there and heard the receptionist tell her she had a cancellation. She even looked right at me as she spoke. When I did get in to see the dentist I confronted
  her and she out right lied about the whole thing.
